Solid Tech Solutions Inc of South Florida has successfully implemented a multi site multi server Aserisk viop system. Solid Tech Solutions currently maintains the multi asterisk servers for Atlantic Biologicals a pharmaceutical company that is headquartered in South Florida. The asterisk viop system was a cost effective solution that connected Regional sites with their
headquarters. Asterisk also enabled to Atlantic Biologicals (ABI) to effectively report on calls that their sales force were making to their customers. Due to the nature of a VIOP system, ABI sales force has now expanded to use home based sales personnel. ABI now measure how effective a sales rep is on the phone by using the asterisk system that Solid Tech Solution has implemented.
